Van Brunt & Company was proud to lead the transformation of a former AT&T data center into Legacy West Eats, one of Plano’s most dynamic culinary hubs. This innovative ghost kitchen concept now houses over 14 individual restaurant spaces under one roof, offering flexible part-time and full-time kitchen rentals for chefs launching delivery-first food ventures.
The build involved a full interior demolition and reconstruction, including structural coordination for HVAC systems, kitchen hoods, and new access points. With thick concrete walls, hidden foundational elements, and a temporary work stoppage during structural review, this project pushed the limits of planning and collaboration. Our team adjusted schedules, partnered closely with engineers, and kept trades moving safely and efficiently.
What once was an empty shell is now a thriving hub for chefs, food entrepreneurs, and delivery-based dining in the heart of Plano’s growing restaurant scene.
