In a bold adaptive reuse project, we transformed a former AT&T data center in Plano into Legacy West Eats, a modern ghost kitchen hub featuring 14 chef-ready restaurant spaces. Thick concrete walls, unexpected structural hurdles, and full-scale HVAC integration made this one of our most rewarding builds to date.
